A fast-moving fleet with high expectations

Imperial Cargo is a young, ambitious, and newly founded transport company established in 2024 in Ukraine. Despite being new to the market, the company has developed rapidly, now operating 30 vehicles, including 28 trucks and 2 tankers, on both domestic and international routes. The mission is to deliver goods efficiently and to be fully in command of every kilometer.

 

The challenge: growing fleet, growing complexity

For Imperial Cargo, efficiency and visibility were the top priorities. As its fleet expanded, it needed more innovative tools to manage the business. It needed to be able to analyze fuel consumption on each route, cut down on idling time and unnecessary hours, simplify road toll payments and SENT-GEO data transmission, and monitor tachograph data remotely to plan maintenance more effectively. What it required was a solution that could bring it all together – and do it in a hurry.

 

From manual work to automation

LINQO enabled the process of daily fleet management to be turned into a seamless process. By having live GPS tracking, Imperial Cargo personnel can now track all fleet movements – stop times and locations, along with planning routes. Tachograph data is automatically downloaded and transmitted remotely to facilitate compliance and timely scheduling of maintenance. SENT-GEO and e-TOLL data are automatically forwarded directly to Polish authorities by PUESC, without further action.

What once required multiple systems is now handled from one platform, and with the support of their dedicated manager from LINQO, Olena Kotenko, implementation was fast and easy.
