What type of vehicles should have a tachograph installed?

The obligation to install a digital tachograph device applies to European companies that possess:

New buses and coaches carrying more than 8 people, excluding the driver.

New trucks, including trailers, whose maximum permitted weight exceeds 3,500 kilograms.

Make tachograph file management fast, easy and error-free.

Manage tachograph data and automatically download tachograph and driver card files based on a created schedule with custom settings. Files accessible in .DDD, .tgd, and .v1b formats can be downloaded for vehicles, drivers, or drivers' groups separately and simultaneously, can also be uploaded to VDO software or to FTP server.

Driving Time: violations and driver activity analysis

Plan better trips and avoid fines for violating working and driving time regulations.

It helps manage the employee’s driving and resting times to prevent fines for violating EU regulation (EC) No 561/2006 and general European laws regarding working time, including Directive 2002/15/EC. Be aware of violated rules, violation details, and their severity. Based on this information, the operator is provided with violation information and can take preventative actions – driver training, planning improvement actions, and other operational tasks. Additionally, you can enjoy graphic visualization for more accessible analysis, allowing you to check the summary of drivers' weekly and daily driving actions in a timeline and improve operations planning.

File and data transfer

Save time by scheduling tacho download data effortlessly.

The tachograph and driver .DDD files can be automatically downloaded to LinqoTrack and transferred to other FTP servers or VDO platform. Information about the drivers' working time in can be sent to email as a report on a selected time basis. It is possible to integrate the data from DDD files into your internal systems using API.

Mobility Package

Avoid fines by ensuring fulfillment of European Union regulations.

The dispatcher can see the date when the truck should return to the registration country and how much time it has left for such a return. Using our Fleet Status overview, the dispatcher can track registration country, remaining time, and date of the return for all vehicles in one window and download tailored reports.

The Drivers’ timetable report provides a detailed overview of drivers’ working time based on actual activity. Track driving, rest, and working periods by fact, ensuring accurate visibility of time allocation. This data supports precise salary calculations and is widely used by accounting teams, while also helping maintain control over workforce planning and compliance.

The Driver violations report provides clear visibility into cases where drivers exceed EU regulation limits or break defined operational rules.
