The Wrocław company GOLDLIFT specializes in the rental of mobile platforms and telescopic loaders and also supports users in the field of platform service. Having its own specialized transport facilities, it can deliver the necessary equipment to any indicated address in Poland. Electronic toll settlement via e-Toll

Nine years ago, when GOLDLIFT sp. z o.o. started its activity, its scope was limited to local activities within the province of Lower Silesia and the surrounding area. However, when, after 4 years of successive development, the company invested significant funds in the best quality, modern machine park of renowned manufacturers, companies interested in taking advantage of their capabilities found themselves in much more distant parts of the country. There was a need to expand their own transport facilities.

“Along with the introduction of the e-Toll system, we decided, on the occasion of adapting to the new reality, to improve the management and settlement of our fleet. The idea was to implement digital settlements, reports and analyzes that will also save time and money by generating lower costs of using construction machines.”

“In the beginning, our priority was to obtain reliable information about the locations of machines and vehicles, and to settle road tolls. The use of GPS monitoring allows you to efficiently and quickly verify whether the rented equipment is in the agreed place, and alerts allow you to react quickly in unforeseen situations. The ability to remotely read, report and settle the work of machines is now a vital facilitation and translates into concrete savings. The company’s competitive advantage has also strengthened. The customers themselves very often ask for information from the system or the number of hours worked in a given period. Not only when settling cooperation but also to check whether the equipment they leave behind is not used in an unauthorized way. Both parties greatly appreciate the possibility of remote control from anywhere.

A tool that keeps up with the company’s development

GOLDLIFT is still developing, so tools supporting the implementation of everyday tasks in the company must be scalable and flexible enough to adapt to market changes. Initially, a dozen or so machines were connected to the system. Currently, 35 are monitored, and this number is systematically growing. The company’s management adds that financial outlay costs are also significant. If they are at a friendly level while maintaining good quality and a high level of functionality, then they are not too much of a burden when the fleet is growing.
