Order management greatly enhances trip planning by adding key order data directly into the TMS. This includes customer name and ID, order number, billing details, distance, currency, VAT, the responsible manager, and more. Additionally, task sharing allows viewing colleagues' orders for the same client, displaying planned routes without permitting changes or cancellations, except by the owner. This feature streamlines order-to-trip workflows and improves team coordination in logistics operations.
